First time coming back to Melting Pot in over ten years. We requested a more private table which was accommodated. We ordered the “bigger night out for two” and it was fant!! Our server, Natasha, provided us with phenomenal service throughout our experience. All of the good was fresh and the salads super yummy. See you all in the future and thank you for a great date night!
We had an 80th birthday for my husband last night. It was fantastic! I had 15 people ages 13-80 and they all loved the experience. The food was amazing and the service outstanding thanks to Jackson and the manager. Would not hesitate the recommend for any occasion.

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner for two. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner “experience”. This was our first time visiting Melting Pot , and it truly is a fun experience.
We ordered the dinner for two : Spinach and Artichoke cheese fondue was so tasty. Our next course was a choice of salad, third course was our meat; we ordered the classic and one build your own, both came with vegetables to grill. We enjoyed cooking our meat and veggies on the cast iron skillet.
Lastly, was the dessert , chocolate turtle fondue . We dipped strawberries, bananas, brownies, marshmallows, pound cake bites, cookies in lovely chocolate.
In the end, we left stuffed and with left overs.
Our server was Cherokee and he had a funny and yet knowledgeable personality. He was attentive and answered ever question we had. His ability to connect with us was outstanding, and made our experience much more enjoyable. In addition, the manger came around and also checked on our experience. I suggest you make reservations in advance .
For the amount of food,the price was reasonable.
Ryan (the manager) and Cherokee (our waiter), hands down the best and sweetest people ever!! Definitely will Be coming back and asking for Cherokee to be our waiter again.
It was my wife and I 3rd year anniversary and the staff made our date night amazing. Our waiter Will was spot on with everything. He was so helpful explaining everything to us and he had a great personality and attitude the whole time. He made our night so enjoyable. It is a very nice place and we will be back.
This was our first visit to this location, and it’s worthy of a special occasion. We were very impressed with our server, Trey. It was so much fun and so much food! Valet parking is convenient.
The food was excellent. Service was phenomenal , our waitress was great. We never run out of anything she was very attentive. We where a party of 10 you have to make reservations for that. Many people. I would highly recommend the melting pot Midtown. Charlotte NC ..
Everything was another level. Especially with lots of other places to choose from in the area. Car parking etc AAA and big shout out to Scotty. He's a man who every restaurant and eatery should have. . You made our night a pleasure and step above normal dining experience dude. Il drink a Guinness to your health when back in Ireland ..
This place is fantastic and such a wonderful experience 🤩 It truly is an EXPERIENCE and unlike any restaurant I’ve ever been to before (this is even better than Korean BBQ)!!
The waiter is part of the dining experience and helps put together your broth and other aspects of the meal.
They had an exorbitant amount of gluten-free options, which I was very, very grateful for!
Our meal was 10/10! Perfect place to go to for special occasions and birthdays 🥳
Always great service. Food is consistently prepped and tasty. Nice cocktail selection. Fun spot for a treat.
