I love this place! Nostalgic and the best tarter sauce ever! The Ohio Big Boy is my favorite!! Breakfast is amazing Service is always great Only wish they had better coffee or creamer

The staff here is always super nice! I don't eat much of anything except breakfast here but I've never had any issues with the food. I do hope they bring back the Michigan apple salad tho. I would get that if I ate lunch. It was really good.

Absolutely was an amazing dinner! We got the ham and cheese omelette with hot cakes, cinnamon French toast and French toast with sausage links for our son. Although was not enough for him he ate some of my French toast so next time we will be ordering him his on adult platter for French toast bc he mowed his down. So thank u for a great dinner and amazing tasting food. Keep up the good work. Sincerely the Gardner family.

It’s a little run down, but it is a old place been in town for years and I believe it’s one of that last big boys that are still running. There burgers are small unless you get the expensive hamburger but it’s more the lettuce and stuff that makes it a huge sandwich. But we took our kids there for memories we like them to see what it was like when us parents where their age. We had a wonderful server haven’t seen such a good server in a long time. Kudos to you I wish I got your name, I’m sorry. Food took a little lone to get and they weren’t even busy there was maybe 3 tables including us. But there deserts and shakes are AMAZING I could just eat their deserts and be good to go. Again I appreciate the server and there’s a salad bar all you can eat I think.

Came with my grandma after shopping for my daughter's birthday in the area. Never been to this location before and I was delighted. I brought my daughter (who has Autism) and husband the following morning. The food was SO good and the waitress was the sweetest!! I like their way of paying the bill too!! Very convenient!!

So I grew up with my grandmother and my uncle taking me to Big boy as a child. I did not like root beer but my uncle always wanted to go for root beer floats. So I would always get a Coke float. On this particular occasion that I went in they had the big boy for 99 cents with a purchase of a Pepsi. I do not drink soda but was unable to switch with iced tea for some reason. So my 99 cent sandwich cost me a little over $4. Which is probably fine I just wish the selection of drinks was a little more granted.

I ordered a strawberry waffle eggs over easy toast and bacon. The server was awesome and without asking packaged each item separately which allowed my food to be fresh and amazing when I got home thank you for going above and beyond

Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Eggs were kind of cold and watery. Everything was pretty greasy and salty. Also they no longer have eggs Benedict.

Slim Jim, onion rings and strawberry pie - what more could a girl ask for! We are new to the Charlotte MI area and chose Big Boy today for lunch! Natisha waited on us and made us feel welcome to the area and like family! She was friendly, smiled, and engaged in conversation with us. We will definitely ask for her again at our next visit.

I do not like there food portions they are not big enough meals . For my kids it was fine and they had a great time. The waitress was super nice and not overly tentative she would come at Perfect times to check on us and take our dishes ect… thank you guys for my kids point of view they had such a good time they loved the food and so did the husband just wish the portions were a tad more for us adults but it still is a great place I have memories from when I was a kid and to show my kids what I used to eat and laughing and having fun making new memories!!

Very annoying to go into a restaurant and be completely ignored by our waitress, but you're gonna be super friendly and attentive to your other tables. I'm a server too and yes, sometimes waiting on one person with a 1 year old can backfire, but I cleaned up my daughters food off the floor, there wasn't a crumb of anything on the table or floor that wasn't already there. No thank you, have a good day, how is your meal, NOTHING from our server Kelly. Also instead of asking if we'd like anything else, she walked past (not even stopping) and said I'll be back with your bill. Would not recommend this Big Boy to anyone.

The food was good. The hostess seated us in a table that we requested because we needed to use an electric outlet so I could use a bottle warmer for my baby’s bottle. I ordered a cup of chili and asked that it come out before my food. It came out with my meal. I ordered a burger. I asked for onions. Came out with no onions. The manger took the burger back and fixed it. Waitress seem very inattentive to us. Only came by once to see if everything was ok and then the time to drop off the bill.

Well, i used to work here and i have to say there's a Great team of day and night cooks. Managers are awesome and friendly. Kids menu available. Great place to stop for locals and if your driving through.

My husband and his mother where at your restaurant yesterday my husband left his wallet his awesome server Amy found his wallet and turned it in. And then manager Mike found me on Facebook and messaged me, You all went above and beyond to make sure he got it back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And we learned upon returning there today it's Amy's birthday we want to say Happy Birthday and thank you for being an honest person we need more people like you in the world. :-)
