Great Ice Cream and Staff. They use to have a walk-up window but not anymore. They sell portions for fur-babies, but you cannot take your puppies inside the building to make your order. It would be nice if they could work out a way to accommodate pet owners . This location has a lot of pet owner
Best dang ice cream ever. Great staff and the atmosphere is clean everything was where it needs to be. Our family loves this place I love getting me a banana shake! I love there late hours they stay open pretty late for being on the out side of charlotte.
We stopped by for some of the summer Blizzard treats, I had the pumpkin pie Blizzard with whipped cream, yum yum.

The blizzards are awesome. But we don't feel like they give you enough ice cream in their cones at this location.

I was in a group of 7 people with individual orders, walking into an already busy store. The young lady was very polite and patient with us. Promptly took all of our orders. Within minutes, our food was ready. Hot, delicious, and exactly as we had ordered.
I used to visit this DQ when I was a kid. My grandpa took me here many times when we were visiting Charlotte. No I live here and I am a regular. FYI: This building has been reconstructed and expanded. Adequate inside eating area as well. Fast drive through and very good staffing to keep things moving. Cudos to the management here because good service today is hard to find 😕.
