I read the on line reviews and wanted to try this place. We ordered the Italian calzones. It was made with fresh ingredients. It didn't have sauce like I'd had at other places so that was different. But we enjoyed it without sauce. It was like a sub but better. The pastry shell was great.
The sandwiches here are huge and delicious. They have a wide selection, or you can have one made to order. They also have excellent salads. We go mainly for the pride pizza. It is our favorite. They put a lot of toppings on their pizzas, and the cheese is really good. We also can get the pizza baked the way we want it, which fir us is very well done.
We ordered the large deluxe nachos. We ended up calling as we wanted to skip onions and have black olives on the side. It would be nice to have that option online. The food was fabulous and it was very well priced. The large nacho fed 4 of us.
The grinders are the best!! The cheese bread is also pretty delicious 🤤
All of their subs are great, hot and fresh, buns made fresh everyday.
Very fast to pick up at lunch or pick up and eat inside. Or order and eat inside. Bottle and fountain pop.

The staff here are amazing. I placed an order at around 730 being in ems of course we had a call by time we were done they were closed I showed up at 820 and the staff was there waiting for me. They had closed up and finished their clean up but yet still waited for me to come get my food plus it was still hot! 5 stars is not enough. Amazing job manager and owner. You have one truly amazing staff!
Ordered two grinders, one with extra items, and one with less items than menu indicated. Both grinders were exactly as ordered. Service was both fast and friendly. Just wish they were open every day.
If you want REAL pizza that is ohhh sooo good, this is the place! Adult pizza I call it. Definitely NOT a chain pizza place. They make their own dough for the pizza, calzones, and bread for their grinders and cheese bread & bread sticks. The bread alone would be worth the trip. The sauce is really good too. Not too sweet and not too tangy. Nice and balanced and not over seasoned. I haven't tried all they sell here. But def. the best pizza in town. Just a note...if you love onions like I do, you might want to ask for extra. They do dice them pretty small. That's the only thing I would change is to have the onion sliced and not diced.
The crew was very nice and let me know about wait times very politely. They made me feel welcomed and I definitely will recommend to many people, they are also one of if not the best restaurant on lansing rd.
We always order too much food when we come here. The sandwiches are very large. The bread is toasted to perfection and the meats and vegetables are always fresh. We love the cheese bread sticks. This also a favorite pizza place for us. Just found out today that they have a kids menu!
