Service has always been amazing to me. I don't care what these people write in these reviews. I read them and very much disagree with the poor reviews. Food is always good and hot and carefully rereading the order to ensure my order is correct. They're always so nice and will do anything to make sure you get the service you deserve. Props to the general manager, Zoey! She's absolutely amazing and so sweet!

Zoey Is an amazing general manager....she was laughing with her co workers and u could tell they where having fun. My food came out hot and was prepared amazing. I also love all the little touches that they have in the lobby. Bring back the potato cakes

The employees at this Arby’s went above and beyond with their service. Thank you so much to the employee who noticed we were traveling with small children and gave us a few travel games for the road! Employees were incredibly friendly to all customers who walked through the door; the restaurant was clean; and we had a pleasant experience.

The manager really took care of us! Our order was misplaced and he more than made up for it with immediate service, once he found out, a larger fry, since that was filled and the offer of a dessert item. Good job!

I asked my boyfriend to get me a chicken jalapeno wrap. He brought back a beef gyro and it was delicious. I never had better. I will order it again. I am satisfied. Since covid hit, I found it hard to get a decent take out meal. You accomplished that and I am thrilled. Thank you.

My wife and I are new to Michigan...Lol so we've never been to this establishment before, I ordered I double. Unbeknownst to me that it's basically a huge roast beef with a ton of what appears to be velveeta cheese. Personally I don't really enjoy this much liquid cheese on a sandwich. I initially thought I was getting a double cheeseburger lol. Heads up I didn't see any cheeseburgers on the menu.....Arby's Go Meat!!!! Lmfao
Overall it was a nice place and the service was friendly and it didn't take much time to get the food. Also I suggest you try the sauces they've got by the fountain drinks.....delicious. I also enjoyed that you can ring a bell on the way out as a compliment for there great service, being a kid at heart even if I didn't like the service I'm still ringing that bell LOL

Never had a bad sandwich from Arby's. I think they have the best selection and the food is always fresh and hot. I do miss the potato cakes though they were one of my favorites.
