This Arby's is hit or miss...usually very abrupt service on the speaker box and normally food is pushed out of the window without interaction. The front counter & doors have about four signs each about everything and it's just a mess. The staff will not acknowledge you at the front counter. I say hi

The coca cola was out. One CSR ignored me, another was leaning on the fry machine, a third had no idea what to do, and a fourth was concerned with the music not playing. I left without a drink. So much for customer service.
