Food, service and atmosphere were great! Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great brisket sandwich and "special" coffee.
Prices were very reasonable, which makes it all the more reason for me to plan another visit soon!
The Mae Soy Shrimp was so delicious that I'll be dreaming of it til my next visit!! 😋 If you love shrimp, do not pass on this appetizer!!!! Sweet, spicy, plump, juicy shrimp. Yummmmmmm
Went to Jax for dinner, sat on the patio, nice cool weather, sunny evening. I had the Tuna Tataki
Food was delicious and our server was awesome! However salad bar is not included with the meal and no bread was offered. Prices are a bit high for us locals so we only go on special occasions.
Only reason, this place gets a 4 is because the menu felt a little limited. The website showed more of what was available than what the menu had upon arrival. But the service was fantastic.
Very nice but I hear smaller portions for the price but it's one of the best things going in the off-season an the parking lot will be full on The weekends
The ribs were delicious. The pear cider was crisp and refreshing. The salad bar had great options and was well-stocked too.
Our third visit to Jax in the last few years did not disappoint. Food is delicious, portions are large and prices are very reasonable. Our server Krista was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. Only downside was noise level was a little high.
I have traveled far and wide searching for the best corned beef and the Ruben is by far the best I've had in a while! Our server was also great!
All I got was a burger with cheese and onions, fries on the side. But it was very good. Waitress was good, checked in and got me a refill in a timely manner. We sat in the patio/sunroom area and it was very loud. The waitress had trouble hearing us and vice versa.
We came in and the salad bar was on point! Our server didn't introduce themselves until 10 minutes. Our order wasn't prepared as it should of been. They lacked knowledge of what they had on the menu.

My best friend and I went in to eat last night. We couldn't get a take-out order, as they aren't doing take-out orders during their dinner rush. So we decided to go in. I'm so happy we did.

Located right on the Charlevoix Municipal golf course, this is a wonderful restaurant with a closed in porch, great service and wonderful food. Try the salads (they are huge!) or the brussel sprouts. I go there often and have never had a bad meal.
Really nice local restaurant for the whole family. They have seating at the bar, dinning room, screened in porch and out on the patio. Food and service was real good.
