We've gone here several times - it's best to go when it's very busy around 12 in the afternoon. The food is hot, fresh, and honestly not bad! But if you go at off times, there is little left in each serving tray, some options are dried out from sitting under the heat lamps, and you may not get what you are looking for.

Food is wonderful, my favorite place to visit. The staff are so nice and recognize me and the family all the time. Never had a bad experience, highly recommend!

We ate at QQ in Charleston Il a few days ago. The buffet was full, hot, fresh and appetizing. It seems the owner has turned over front end operations to his children who did an excellent job. They acted well beyond their years when interacting with customers.

It's not a large selection, but the food is good for the most part. It's a good option for the area if you're looking for a buffet.

Always excellent service and always enjoyable food. Wonderful atmosphere, plenty of seating and free drinks of choice; does not cost extra for soda. My husband and I eat here quite often
