Waiting for over 10 minutes, being only the second vehicle in line. There was 2 car in the parking lot. I love KFC chicken, but have been so disappointed with my last two orders that I will not patronize this franchise again. Last night’s chicken was old…it was dry and cold, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Not worth the drive or the money.

Service quality has been declining at this location. Orders are consistently incorrect. I think it may be a management issue more than an issue with employees. However, I think listening skills need to be addressed and worked on by all members of the staff including management.

Only gave 1 star because it won't let me do a half . I wouldn't even give this place a half of a star. My food was burnt and half the order was either missing or messed up. When I called they said they would replace but when I got there to pick up my replacement later that night like I told them it

Seems to always have something out of stock and nothing ready. But when you finally do get it it's well cooked. It's a thing of where you want the food to be ready, as it is called fast food. The question is are you willing to wait at a drive-thru for hot okay fast food that's not so fast.

I had to wait an hour to pick up a delivery for Uber Eats. Thanks to them my scores dropped and I lost money on that order and missed opportunities to make more deliveries by having to wait. When I finally got them to actually put the order together, they had they orders all mixed up and even cheate

It seems like the employees doesn't have the direction needed to keep things running smoothly. Two breasts, one juicy and one dried out. Had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes and turned around and asked an employee if anyone was working, he went back and called the crew up front.

Had 14 orders for our staff here at Charleston Cut Flower Co. Service was fast & food was great. Thanks so much Crystal . You guys rock !!!!
