Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is the very worst when it comes to service. Their drive thru takes forever. They must wait on one customer completely before they take the next person's order. Slow slow slow. Food certainly wasn't worth the long wait. I know it is a fast food restaurant but good grief fast is not even close.

I just moved here a month ago, and I went to this location every morning for about 2 weeks for breakfast , 1st off their dining room don't open until 8 am when all others I have been to open around 6am 2nd when they did open the dining room there was stuff from the night before all over the floors and the tables had not been wiped down prior to opening or closing the night before. The place was not busy, and the whole time I was there no body came out to show the dining room any attention, I brought this up to the manager the first time and all I got was excuses . After the second time of bringing this matter up to the manager I have not been back. And also sent a email to corporate, management is just as much to blame as it is the lazy employees on both shifts, place should be cleaned before closing,

Gotta be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life, I’ve went there for breakfast so many times and I’d be waiting 45+ minutes just because I wanted to see how long it would take. The chicken there is always extremely hard and it’s just nasty. Ice cream machine is ALWAYS down, and I went through not too long ago and guy was on a phone call while handing me my food 🤣

Literally waited in the drive thru forever for them to take my order then I asked for extra fries for my daughters happy meal. They gave me apple slices which isn’t a big deal but the package was open already so I threw them out. Got the fries and half of them were hard as a rock. My nuggets are hard as well and burnt like they hadn’t changed their grease in days. I tried to call them to tell the manager and I have yet to get an answer after about 15 times of calling. I will never go back to this McDonald’s!!

Worst McDonalds in the Charleston area for service, especially if your going through the drive-thru. Slowest fast food I've ever seen. Should not take 30 minutes in a fast food drive thru. Takes forever to even get someone to acknowledge you're there. Evidently they completely process an order before they take the next person. Then give drive thru employees give the impression you ruined their day by having to serve you. The food isn't worth the hassel at this site. Would give a 1/2 star rating if it were possible.
