Pizza Hut

We were traveling through Charleston and the hotel we stayed at (Hampton) had your store in the list. I ordered the pizza and got an email saying it would be 25-35 minutes. After 1 hiur and 5 minutes I had to call and they said due to the weather things were backed up. Ok fine, however she also said my order was being delivered next. After another 40 minutes of waiting, I had to call again. Same answer. 20 minutes later my pizza showed up. It was in terrible shape. It looked like the box had been sat on, the pizza looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp for 2 hours, and it was terrible.

I would not even rate this restaurant a 1 star. I had placed an order for pickup, arrived paid with my debit card and left. No problem until I seen that my card was charged twice! One of which an unauthorized tip had been added. The double charge overdrafted my bank account and I called spoke to the manager and left a message for the GM. One of the charges was refunded to my account but the restaurant kept the charge that one of the employees added a tip too! Unbelievable and I urge others to use caution because it maybe happening to others or could.

Ordered the..to the edge Pizza from the Pizza Hut at 1657 4th Avenue Charleston West Virginia. When I got the pizza home it look like someone had grabbed a handful of topping and threw them in the middle in a pile. There was three inches of crushed all the way around this pizza that had nothing on it. I go back to the store to see if we can fix this the women told me they do not redo pizzas. Ask for a refund she said they do NOT give refunds. Told me I had to call the regional manager but would not give me a number to reach the regional manager. And then snickered as I walk out the door. I was a faithful customer for many years.. ate no other pizza but yours!!. But I will not be back and I will tell everybody that will listen, about this.
