This restaurant would do 100% better if the management employed workers that actually worked. I love being told to "pull up" to wait for my food after already being in line for 20 minutes...Especially when there were only 3 cars in the drive thru and nobody inside. I could almost understand if the place were busy, but while I was there, the only thing busy was the backdoor where the "workers" were busy smoking 🚬 (3)

Quick service @ 9am @ the Sissonville MickyD's. Hubs got a sausage & egg breakfast wrap & I got a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast biscuit...both were very good. The McD biscuit was more tender & softer than Tudor's biscuits have been for the past year or so.

I was disappointed with my visit to this location yesterday. Normally it's a good experience but the store was slow with only a couple customers yet the lobby was dirty with only one or two clean tables. There were no large lids for the drinks, and several of the employees were hanging out in the outdoor picnic area with friends taking up space that could be used for customers. The atmosphere was unprofessional and seemed to be lacking a manager or authority figure on duty. My son and Mom's food was very good, but the 2 piece chicken tenders I received were very old and mostly just crusty with the chicken dried up. I hope my next visit I see improvement and out of fairness will certainly review again.

Almost every time I go there the frappe machine is down or the expresso or milkshake machines are down or being cleaned it doesn't need cleaned but once a week so I think it's just them being lazy and don't want to make them it just makes me mad because they won't tell you something down until u have done paid for it they need to find some people other than real young kids to work there because they don't care about the service they have to everyone.

Got upgraded to the new style, inside is very nice and up kept. Just feels with the new seating that they don't want you to Saturday and eat. Kids are still running the store and are very loud. They have thier friends come over and sit and they all hang out, while they are supposed to be working. Good thing they have the kiosk now! Still to many employees working in the store at one time and seems to be no supervisor control of the kids working. Still getting my orders messed up all the time. The man that is also the school teacher at the elementary is very nice, he did come out and checked on us as we were eating , asking if we need anything else and if are order was good. ( Give that man a raise ! )
