Subway

I had such a great experience today at Subway on Summers Street. There were two gentlemen working, Jay and Preston. I could not help but to name them the Dynamic Duo. They worked so well together, and were able to knock out a lengthy line of customers in no time. Being the only two employees in the store, I was very impressed by their work ethic. Most of the time when I eat out, I find the employees rude, disrespectful, slow, and acting as if they do not care about their job. Thankfully, I felt very welcome and was treated as if I were family. Jay and Preston were both nice, polite, clean, and friendly.

First off there was only 1 employee whom we had to wait for because she wasn't even in the store. Upon her return she didn't wash her hands just put gloves on and began to fix food. She was rude and impatient with customers. The store was out of all bread types except for wheat and honey oat. My child and I sat down to eat while I witnessed the employee leave again with some young man and when she returned she didn't wash her hands and the young man went behind the counter several times and at least eight people walked out because no one was there to take orders. Very poor customer service

Went to get a cold cut combo. The guy making it starts putting down my order choice, talking cramp about bologna. He was rude and argumentative. Bad customer service. Ann employee shouldn't argue with the customer and trash their employers food. He had an attitude from the moment i walked in. Just a bad experience period.

I went there after the Kanawha City off of the 35th Street bridge refuse to accommodate me as a Bariatric patient... I walk in and explained that I had the surgery and all I wanted was a scoop of tuna in a cup... The "NEW" manager of the store was wonderful and understanding of my surgery and made every accommodation possible for me... She was amazing! Today I went in there for a salad and she took her time to make sure everything was chopped up small enough for me and made sure that everything I needed was met... I will be going there from now on... Bariatric patients if you need some where to go that will meet your needs this is the place...! Thank you Subway!
