This Wendy's is garbage. This is a "grilled chicken sandwich" that is literally burnt. Completely nasty. This Wendy's nearly every time messes up something, usually it's just an incorrect drink, like today I got Dr Pepper instead of the diet I ordered. But I also got this hockey puck burnt black chicken sandwich. Pathetic.

I'm not sure if Wendy's is trying to cut corners but there is something not right with their buns anymore. They are always stale or cold just doesn't seem like the same fresh made to order like it was a few years ago. I get trying to be profitable but some corners you can't cut. This is the 2nd time in a week that my meat and my buns were old and cold. When expressing my dissatisfaction with some colleagues they also said they are experiencing very similar situations but at various locations throughout the state.

Always seem to have a shortage on baked potatoes here. I believe I should be given a voucher for free potato every time I come in and order one and they don't have any!!!

The food was good... But the service was on the lack side... Seem like we where bothering them for being there... The soda machines were not working and no ice... The trash cans where all full and there was food on the floor... But ar lease the inside was open and you could sir down and eat... That was the best thing... I know we might have came in after a big rush but the front counter person looked like she just wanted to leave or no one to bother her.... But again the food was good and hot...

I was surprised to see the young woman working with the fries using her cell phone with gloves on then laid the phone beside the fries to continue boxing fries. I was disappointed further when the manager walked by her and didn't say anything. I left the line and went to taco bell
