TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT EAT HERE. ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS!!!! Zero Stars It's really unfair that they only let you put one star this place deserves zero Stars. Shelly their greeter is absolutely full of attitude doesn't answer questions correctly. Then she actually tried to give me attitude because I told her answer questions correctly. Then David the manager there is absolutely rude as well all we wanted to do was go ahead and do a takeout order no one even came to the counter for a solid 4 minutes. We were just standing there not one person greeted us and said hold on one moment we're busy anything. The restaurant was not busy I can see why this place is never busy when I go by will be calling corporate will be calling the GM absolutely unacceptable service food was mediocre. UPDATE: I talked to very nice and helpful man from corporate who sent me a girl card. I once again gave them a 3rd chance how utterly dissatisfied. Shelby again absolutely the rudest take out person I have ever ever encountered. We ordered the steak& Shrimp, once she realized it was me she disappeared in the back that's odd. Well she decided to have the cooks literally short me ounces on my steak, the steak was also not mid well at all, they gave us the worst cut of steaks, the shrimp was small and over cooked, I also got little to no gravy on my mashed potatoes, my cookie was squished into a tiny container obviously not meant for it. Wow this place is absolutely terrible. People again waiting at the front for several minutes 8 I have video. So disappointed there are no words! Here come the pictures. Do not eat here they are terrible.....

Wish in could do separate for service and food. The server was amazing. They sat her back to back groups. 8 top and 14 top. She did amazingly considering. The food on the other hand was not great at all. Overcooked, poor quality, poor temperature. The server got her tip. The management should be ashamed.

We waited over 40 min. For service. The waitress tried her best but really could not remember any requests: drinks, straws, coffee being hot, etc. Food was good but we had to eat in a hurry as the service was so slow . Never will return. Manager and asst manager actually walked away as we paid. So rude

TERRIBLE! The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because our waitress was very nice and understanding. First we walked in and and 4th in line and waited for about 20 minutes to be seated, they were NOT busy ... we stood there without being greeted or sorry for the wait or anything. The cashier came over took us to our table (she was nice and apologized) we sat at the table for another 10 minutes before someone asked for our drink order. Finally got water and gave our order. I ordered the 3 meat omelet ham sausage and bacon with cheese. Food came out fast. There was literally like 8 shreds of cheese on the inside and NO BACON. The biscuits were good tho. I had it taken off the bill and offered to remake it. But I declined. Service was just terrible. I will go across the street to IHOP next time I'm in Charleston.
