Biscuit World

Was told to go here by a local woman for breakfast. She advised it was the best breakfast around and she wasn't wrong. It looks like a fast food place but the food tastes like a home cooked meal. Wide variety on the menu. Food was delivered to our table fast and the employees were all super helpful. If I lived here this for sure would be my favorite break spot.

Worst experience ever, missing my bacon asked for extra gravy on both biscuits. Charge extra (2x) for just one biscuit to be covered and not the other. The People was rude when asked for extra gravy the response I got was “ you gonna pay for it” Also, my French toast sticks shorted 3 in each bag .. dropped back into grease to be hot, no syrup. The best part. I called to speak with a manager. Again rude, sat the phone down never got back with me was left on the phone for a good 7-8 mins again no response . Hung up tried to call again. My things have been iffy before but I let it go. & today was just enough. I’d like to speak to someone higher at this point.

Only go if you have lots of time to kill. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but they seemed really disorganized and unable to get on track and keep up with orders. We went through the drive through and ordered a plain biscuit, a tootie and a bacon flapjack. It took 30 minutes to make the order. We then spent another 15 trying to get it corrected. What we got was good but it was a test of patience waiting to get it.

Drive thru went smoothly and place our order. We were told to pull off and our order be delivered to the car. Pulling around was a nightmare! About got hit by an out of state drive and all parking spots were filled already. The workers done their best, but the food display was horrible. Got home and my blackberry biscuits was not put together nicely. They just poured the blackberry sauce everywhere. Did not look anything what was being advertised.
