Awesome food and very friendly, enthusiastic service.
During my last visit within the pandemic, the female manager stood her ground and told a group of 8-10 young men who were not wearing masks that they had to leave.

Wasnt greeted upon entering this location and was denied my free birthday sub because i wouldnt download the firehouse app to my phone....wont be returning...and ive been coming here everyday on my birthday for 7 years...

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and we had a short wait time. The subs were freshly made and very tasty. This place is family friendly and affordable.

Big sign on the window says they're open for order ahead pickup, delivery, or "Carryout - Order at the counter". Went in to order and lady told me I was wrong, the tiny sign on the door they printed said only order pickup was available and I couldn't order inside. I told them the big sign in the window said we could and that's why we came in. She got an attitude and says "right there, there's a sign on the door". Yeah there's literally 5, but there's a giant one on the window in red specifically to draw attention and tell you you can order on the website, the app, by phone, or AT THE COUNTER. I haven't been here in ages and love the sandwiches, even if they are a little pricey, but getting an attitude with a customer who is going by your official signage is kinda ridiculous.
