Wings were awesome! Pizza was ok. Texture and ingredients were on point, but was a little bland (maybe use salted mozzarella and a little more seasoning in sauce). Service was attentive if not a little chaotic (apparently they were updating their service methods), but the manager was extremely nice and came by as often or if not more than our server.

This place is simply fantastic.
The environment is ... charming. Meaning it looks, perhaps, a little dirty. But the food (mostly pizza and fried shrimp) is simply incredible.
I can honestly say that I've never had - anywhere at all - better fried shrimp than these.
And the "tomato pie" pizza is also truly outstanding. It's not necessarily the best pizza I've ever had, but it's very close.

Very nice staff, family oriented.
The staff was so friendly they brought our kids out coloring books and crayons they also let them watch Disney Channel. Just great place all around Pizza was very good!

A mouse ran under our table, the fries came out on a plate with a half an inch of oil standing in it, yet they weren't cooked all the way through, nothing was warm, much less hot. My husband got "boneless wings" which were just undercooked chicken tenders served with a side of franks red hot mixed with something sweet(maybe ketchup?). Definitely won't be returning, ever.

We gave this a try tonight, after reading other reviews and deciding that the bad reviews were fairly outdated. I guess you can blend the reviews and come up with an accurate depiction of this place.... meaning, it's dirty, but good service and food. While waiting for the food to arrive, we both (wife and I) spotted a mouse making its way across the floor, heading towards the kitchen. When the food arrived, the server stated there would be more onion rings coming because the cook accidentally dropped the others. I thought it was fair for the mouse to have the rest of them as I was filled sufficiently on the hoagie burger and beer. We're not going back, but if you're cool with rodents, the mouse was kind of cute and the food and service were good.

Lively wait staff. Fantastic pizza. Stopped in Charleston on the last night of our 5000 mile cross country motorcycle vacation. Best pizza from Virginia to Colorado/Wyoming and back.

I have always enjoyed the food, so I decided to buy lunch for all my employees. We went online and ordered (it said they were currently open), I sent my secretary to pick it up. She drove from Elkview to Charleston only to find the place locked up tight and a sign on the door saying they open at 4:00. This was a major inconvenience. You all need to fix your online ordering to reflect the hours you are actually open.

Quiet, homey little bar/restauraunt. Great sandwiches and pizza pies. Under new ownership, no smoking and fewer tvs than before - much cleaner and more relaxed.
