Chef Chip made our family vacation to Kiawah a true vacation for my family of 11 people. Every evening was a themed dinner of delicious food that was thoughtfully prepared. Also, we always had plenty for leftovers the next day. Chip's helper, Maria, was amazing by anticipating our every need and helping to leave the house spotless at the end of the evening. You should know that we enjoyed 3 fully catered evenings and 4 evenings where full dinners with dessert were delivered with heating instructions. Both were amazing and allowed us the flexibility to enjoy the beach to the very last minute. Thank you for making our Memorial Day week so memorable! We highly recommend Chef Chip and the Pampered Palate!!

Top notch food for my son's college graduation party. Chef Chip exceeded everyone's expectations with the quality and preparation of our celebratory meal. The pulled chicken, filet, scalloped potatoes, and spinach salad were incredible. So fresh and tasty. Everyone raved about the food, and there was plenty left over. As consumers we all experience inflationary prices as it relates to food, but Chef Chip does a very good job keeping it reasonable. I would absolutely use him again! Thanks for making our day very special.

10/10 recommend chef Chip! We booked a bachelorette in Charleston but wanted to have a low key night and found Chef Chip. I reached out to him and he got right back. Communication was easy. We had allergies in our party and he was able to accommodate everyone. We chose a southern family style menu and it exceeded our expectations! Can not wait to go back to Charleston for multiple reasons and Chip is one of them! Thank you again, you made our trip so special!!

Chip and his Pampered Palate crew catered my wedding and it was absolutely phenomenal! Guests were raving about how it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. He and his crew made the whole process of everything perfect from start to finish. From choosing our menu to preparing the food to serving the food. Everything was seamless and perfect. I couldn't be happier with the Christmas meal chef Chip prepared for my family. He made 2 different entrees, 5 side dishes and 2 desserts and everything was delicious. He also made everything gluten free because our daughter has celiacs. My family said it was one of the best meals they had ever had. I highly recommend the Pampered Palate and will definitely be using them in the future!

Chip did an amazing job of delivering a five star experience at our in home Holiday party. The food was really great and all of our guests were happy but I was most impressed with his thoughtful display, menu selections, and the overall experience he and Maria put together. The setup and cleanup were also seamless. We look forward to planning our next event with him.

We hired The Pampered Palate to cater a dinner party for 20 this past weekend for a family reunion at our rented airbnb... they were outstanding! Loved everything about this operation- they were professional, fun, and most importantly the food was amazing! Showed up on time, prepared everything on site, set up, served, cleaned up and they were all so pleasant and easy to deal with. If we ever make our way back to Charleston we will most certainly use you again! Thanks for making our weekend memorable

Chef Merritt Brady prepared the most amazing meal for my wedding in July 2009! Even though the marriage didn’t last, the unforgettable meal is still remembered fondly by everyone who attended. People have said, “your wedding had the best food!” “Those shrimp and grits were amazing and hands down the best that I ever had! ” “the beef tenderloin was delicious!” “ the tuna sashimi was so incredible!” I was disappointed when I returned from after the wedding photos to find the tuna sashimi depleted. At that moment, I realized that’s Chef Merritt Brady is more than a chef. He adds that personal touch and He instinctually knew how to create an experience down to every exquisite detail! I may not have had a lasting marriage but definitely a lasting memory of incredible food and experience for everyone!

Merritt and Catherine catered our daughter’s wedding. We cannot say enough great things about them and their amazing dishes. Everyone was talking about the food at and after the wedding. Every dish was spot on and served with friendly and professional service. We served buffet style and the buffet they set up was beautiful and creative. It wasn’t your typical buffet decor which made it extra special and fit right in with our wedding. If you are considering any event to be catered, I hands down recommend them. 5+ stars for an amazing team!
