Domino's Pizza

if I could give this zero stars I would… waited almost two hours for a pizza that turned up cold. The pizza sat out waiting for a driver to deliver for almost an hour. When mentioned that the pizza was cold we were only told that they’d take it back and make a new one. We denied since we had already waited 2 hours for the pizza. Terrible customer service as well. The people who answered the phone were not knowledgeable of their job and seemed to not even know what was happening with the order. They also failed to answer their phones multiple times as well. Save your money and get a pizza somewhere else. I understand that there is a staffing shortage but this is just inexcusable.

It seems this day and age, no one takes pride in there work ethic! I remember when this store used to be very good! Unfortunately times have changed! The costumer service was poor and the food was average to Poor! Employees seem to have a lack of drive to work at a professional level! I will save my money next time and cook at home

Horrible horrible slow unprofessional service. Loud a** music playing with curse words. No one is answering the phones…just rings constantly. Definitely not what this place use to be. Seems like I’m on a show waiting for someone to say “hey you’ve been prank” or an episode of Restaurant/Bar Rescue. Can’t make this up. Needs new management ASAP. Update….. oh course order was wrong

Today was swamped with orders. Felt bad cause I knew what exactly the were going through. I'm only commenting because I wanted to let the boss know that they have a hard working women in there absolutely grinding out orders. Poor women was obviously flustered. But even being in a bad mood, she handled a costumer complaint with no issue. She didn't let the orders she was drowning in kill her work ethic. Mad respect

This is the worst place on earth. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Refuses to train/find Employees that can do their job. I’ve ordered pizza here 5 times and only received pizza twice. If you value your time or money I beg you to never go here. I’m really just hoping the owner of this place sees this and hopefully realizes what a horrible job they’re doing

Payed online then they call at 7 on a Thursday night 30 minutes after I placed the order and tell me the delivery time is 2 to 3 hours. I told them to cancel it. Better get my money back lol. It's a Thursday night. No sports on no events in the area and it's a 2 to 3 hour wait. Sheesh this store is horrible. Not the first time. Last time order showed up 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to arrive and the original time was 50 minutes.
