When I visited Domino's located next to the citadel in downtown Charleston S.C. I thought I'd be walking into just another pizza joint....I was shocked and amazed to be greeted the moment I walked in the door! The professionalism,kindness,and courtesy radiated throughout my entire visit!! As a result ...I recommend the people who make this place to all of my coworkers and friends!!!

I've never had a problem here. The manager called me to tell me about there oven being down so I know there's a bit of a wait but the pizza still arrived hot and correct. Delivery driver called me when he arrived and was here fast.

They were very accommodating for several large orders placed back-to-back. They even called to let me know how long it would take right after ordering. I was very pleased with their service as they are usually on-time and very reliable.

Always get my food delivered hot and fresh. The drivers are always chill and can talk about river dogs baseball or hunting or just anything. I drink all the orange fanta but they still hook me up with bottles when they don’t have the liters. Good people and always call if they need help with the address downtown or if something is out of stock. It’s downtown and everyone orders out and when it rains it floods so the fact they deliver is great! Keep up the good work!

Not sure why there are lots of negative reviews. I've ordered from this Domino's many times, orders are always ready quickly and still hot when I go to pick them up. Really great rewards program with coupons and I've never had any issues with incorrect orders.

There may be more novel places to eat in the local area, but with Domino's you know what you're getting and it's usually pretty good pizza.
