I was in an accident and my daughter and I had to sit in Wendy’s for a 7 hours as we were 3 hrs away feon home trying to find a rental car and because they said there were no at AlL in Charleston, we had to wait for my daddy to dive all the way to Charleston, ….. and back to Rock Hill.

Service was prompt and friendly and wait wasn't long at all. Food was good and love the dine in drink selections as there are a lot of options.

Before eating any place, always check out the restroom. If the restrooms are cleaned, the workers are clean, and you can enjoy your food. Wendy's restroom was very clean, and the employees' uniforms were up to par, and the manager was top of everything. The dining area was clean as well.

The employees were courteous and our meal was served timely. Some self serve items were in short supply, spoons, ketchup cups, etc. We do appreciate that they are short staffed and help is in short supply.

I was waiting on my order, there was this customer who was upset over waiting for his food, yet the wait wasn't that long, Samaad who was wringing up customers was as calm cool collective as could be and handled it with up most professionalism, most other employees would have gotten upset back not Samaad, I say we need more folk in this world like Samaad, keep up the good work

Service was good. Food was great. Actually had the baked potato I have been wanting. A lot better all around the the one by the airport/Tanger. Finally got some bacon. Fairly fast even being so busy. Great staff.
