Even though it is usually packed (as any college place is), I love love love this place. The bagels are good and warm, and the sweet tea is always nice. There have been times on occasion where the tea was unsweet and nobody really cared, but I don’t except amazing customer service with a college place like this. All I expect are good bagels in a okayish timely fashion, and they do just that.

This place has great service in my opinion. I'm a college student, so I always get the maroon meals, and everyone there is so friendly! There's this one lady at the register and I don't know her job title but she is killing it, she's doing great. She memorized my order, is always happy, and always makes everyone feel welcome. For rush hour the wait is fairly short too, maybe 3 to 5 minutes during the busiest times when there's a line. I'll definitely keep going for my daily bagel and coffee!
