I love it, haters can hate, but I always keep coming back. Pepper steak is always on point, Shrimp and Broccoli on point, if the commentators here said they're food was cold was probably BC they don't actually come when they're told.

I've always found Chinese food in Charleston to be pretty disappointing but this is a place I keep coming back to. They've got a wide selection of Chinese-American classics and they all taste incredible. It's very affordable and they have a great lunch special that you should take advantage of. It's unfortunate that they get such a bad rap because I've eaten here several times and have never had a bad experience.

Food is consistently good. Good variety. Fast and friendly service. I've been a patron of this restaurant for at least 15 years!! I've watched the owners' children grow into well-mannered teens. Occasionally, I will try another Chinese restaurant in the area, but they never seem as good as Hong Kong.

We've lived in West Ashley for a year. We have tried many fast food Chinese restaurants and all have been terrible. BUT, Hong Kong was pretty darn good. We will be back.

Higher end Chinese food compared to most. Ingredients very fresh, service good, place is clean. We travel further to go here. Definitely worth the time and gas.

As someone who love Chinese food, I've tried all the other places in Charleston and this one is by far the best. The owners are locals in West Ashley and are very nice people.
