Captain D's Seafood Restaurant

Didn't go inside, but it looked clean and well lit. We could tell they waited until we ordered to prepare our food. There was a wait in the drive-through to order and then receive our order, but again, they didn't prepare food until we ordered, and there were cars in front of us, so that would explain the short wait. Overall great experience.

Lobby was closed, so sitting and dining in was not possible. Made my order for 5 people and only received 4 of the five. However, I wasn't charged for my first order, which was left off the total because the lady taking order didnt hear the first order placed, and I had to reorder at the drive-through. $80 to feed 5 people, 4 deluxe seafood platters, and a chicken and fish plate. All drinks cost extra and is not included in the meal order. The food was good, and the hush-puppies were great. Check out Captin D's and grab some seafood, but don't expect to sit at enjoy your meal, drive through may be your only option.

I told myself today if I had any issues with my food being fried to hard or missing any items that this would be my last time coming to this location. Well today my order was cooked just right everything looked good & had a great fresh taste. I was informed by the new manager that he has all new employees & the inside will be open back up next week. They will continue to get my business, I definitely see the improvement.

Haven't eaten at a Captain D's in years. We'd been unable to eat at our first few choices, so were desperate and hangry. This is an older building and we ate outside in the car. Two fish filets, 6 shrimp, fries, hush puppies, and slaw. The food was surprisingly good, and a good value for what we got. The lady who served us was great. I would definitely return.
