As usual, my order is wrong and sloppily put together. Anytime I ask for no sour cream, it appears they vindictively give me extra sour cream. They are perpetually out of Pink Lemonade and Sierra Mist and unapologetically inform you with a snarky comment.
The staff is never friendly - not even when we try to be polite back. I'm sure it's not fun to work at a downtown TB with drunk college kids but no one forces them to work here and seeing as we get the same service at 2 in the afternoon that we do at 1 in the morning, it's clearly just their constant state of being and not environmentally induced.
Not sure why I keep trying with this location. Absolute trash every time.

Terrible service. Took my two sons for dinner/snack. First time my 7 year old son was gonna have Taco Bell. They gave us someone else's order, my son hated it. He vowed never to eat Taco Bell again. When I called to notify, a lady employee demanded a receipt (which they didn't give us) and hanged up on me, twice.

My wife has been stuck in the hospital for months now taking care of our sons and all she wanted for the past month was a Mexican pizza. The nice manager at this location went above and beyond to make sure she got one today when she ordered on the app and she said it was the better then before. Best service she has ever recieved. Thank you!

Walked in to pick up delivery order. The employees were literally yelling at each other and fighting in the kitchen. The other 2 employees were just eating in the lobby.
No help. Orders weren't even started. Lost around $20 in tips + pickups.
I expect free taco bell for life.

Understaffed and long wait times. In addition, all the soda machines were out and there were no napkins. Staff was friendly and helpful, but owner and manager were sitting in a corner talking about upcoming promotions including Doja Cat and Jack Harlow with the Mexican pizza coming back to increase sales. Pro tip: maybe get the basics right first and people won't go out of their way to drive to a different store because this one is poorly managed. Support your staff and keep things stocked.

This location has never a single time given me the correct order. It’s literally always wrong. I am not sure why I keep trying. Tonight they were out of lettuce, for goodness’ sake. Please do not waste your time, the bodega on the corner has ramen and at least you know what you’re getting. Bonus points to those of you who have also been stuck in the drive-through for over an hour!

If I could give this location a 0 I would. For years, they have had the WORST service of any fast food restaurant in Charleston - full stop. Recently, they were supposed to be open, with full staff inside (all sitting on their phones in the dining room), would not come to the drive thru, and when we called they laughed at us. Another day, I spent over an hour STUCK in the drive thru because you can't get out of the parking lot if you get into the drive thru. This morning, I ordered lunch from this location through door dash which they cancelled. I just wish they would close this location so I wouldn't even think of it as an option. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that this is the *worst* service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant, it has been this way for years, and downtown locals are well aware of this, as it's a joke. **Please close this location**
