The food was really good. Some of the prices are costly, though the food was delicious and mid-high quality. Service was fairly fast considering how busy the seemed. The experience is great unless the mall has no shoppers.

I don't think I can ever think of a time that I had a bad experience at chick-fil-a. Service is always top notch and quick, the food is always fresh and delicious, and even with the line out of the parking lot, they are able to get you through it quick and the employees are always upbeat and super friendly.

I almost always have great experiences at Chick-fil-A but I think the chicken sandwich at this particular restaurant was the freshest and best tasting that I've ever had! Also the staff were super friendly!

Just stopped by for a quick snack while shopping, we're never disappointed

Overall, the experience was good. I saw they had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but it was only crispy chicken, and I wanted grilled. So, instead, I ordered a Grilled Chicken Deluxe(?) With a side of Buffalo Hot Sauce on the side, which served me well. Quick service. I had my food within 3-4 minutes of ordering, even with all the Doordash orders.
