This location on Sam Rittenburg Blvd in Charleston SC is great, have never been dissatisfied with my experience. The smoothies are always prepared well. Not to watery or to thick and the food is good. Waiting for the Tanger Outlet location to open because the other two North Charleston location are under boycott by me at this time and I don't see us repairing the relationship right now. On my last visit to the Rivers Ave location, the service was awful and the manager who was there at that time was worse. This was so months ago so I can't say it's the same person who may be in place now because turn over seems to be pretty high there and at the Dorchester Road location. Will never go back there again. People should not rub your food against their clothes. Just disgusting.

This is my 3rd time ordering from Tropical smoothie in the past 3 weeks. When I tell you everything is always delicious, please trust that you will enjoy whatever you purchased there! My favorite is the sunrise sunset smoothie with Energizer! I love the flatbread, but this time I ordered the southwest wrap and it did not disappoint. I tried something new! Tropical smoothie cafe is so good! I came back on 01/26/2023 for more and it did not disappoint! I love it here!

Out of all the restaurants in Charleston SC I choose tropical smoothie every time! My addiction started during Covid in 2020. I eat their food and drink their smoothies more times a week than I’d like to admit. The staff is always friendly & my orders are always prepared super quick. This location stands out to other locations I’ve tried. The owner and staff are top notch. Great work team!

My husband and I was having a craving for smoothies and stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe to try them out and so glad we did! I got the bahama mama and my husband got the chocolate peanut butter flavor and they were really tasty! We will be visiting again to try some other flavors for sure!!

The food in smoothies were really good. The employees were nice and fast. The Kiwi Quencher is a yummy smoothie. It has a nice fruit punch taste to it. The three cheese chicken quesadilla was also delicious. The sauce made it a lot better.

Love this place! I probably go 2-3 times a week. The smoothies are a little pricey, but delicious, and if you get the app you can earn points and get discounts from time to time. Portions are generous. Very friendly staff and are covid-compliant. I highly recommend!

I got the detox green drink and it was fantastic.
The ambiance was very relaxed and the people working were really attentive to orders.
You can tell that the employees are celebrated and cared about. So super kudos to the management.
I'll update a review when I order food next time.

Purchased the Detox Green Island. It has 180 cal and has no added sugars. Fantastic drink after a long night of drinking alcohol. Service was alright. They have a pickup option I thought was really cool.. Overall 5 stars.
