Parson Jack's Cafe

We have been here a few times for dinner over the years but we went in the other night and it was horrible. We couldn't even eat it. The bun was hard as a rock and the meat just didn't taste right. The rest of my family received the same quality of food. I don't think we will be going back. It is way too expensive for what you get. Also, the patrons at the bar were loud and rowdy which wasn't really the environment we wanted while eating a family dinner with young children.

The food was ok. Not great, but not bad. They had ran out of sour cream for the baked potatoes and the nachos. There were 4 of us eating and each order came out separately, like a 4 course meal. Very odd. The floor is made of carpet and your feet stick to it when you walk. While this place is dog friendly and I'm ok with that, a person had their dog sitting on the bar drinking out of a regular person bowl. I think I'm done with going there. Overall not a good night.

The food was disgusting. I order their philly cheese steak sandwich and the meat was so nasty I almost threw up eating it. Me and my family shared some wings buffalo and lemon pepper. The buffalo had no flavor and the lemon pepper was over seasoned. The only good thing about the place was that the food was hot. Our waitress acted like she had never served before and she knew absolutely nothing about the menu. Overall not a pleasant visit

Small bugs scurried out of sugar pack holder on table, when my little one dumped them out. Place is really in need of a deep cleaning and feels filthy. There were crumbs everywhere and tons of corn kernels in the bench seat. We ate at 330pm on a Sunday when the dining area was empty, and 15 folks or so in the bar. My mid well burger and husband wings tool 25 mins to hit the table. Good place for a beer and conversation, but would not eat here again.

I normally love this place! The Thai Chicken Salad is amazing! But lately the service has really gone town hill. On my last visit, there was only 1 server working the entire Sunday dinner crowd, and she had the worst memory ever! She would forget what we ordered and have to come back to ask! The food took forever to come out. Good food...just poor service. :-(

It's My mother in laws birthday today and she loves Parson Jacks. I tried to order to go food for her since she wasn't feeling well enough to got out to the restaurant. The woman on the phone answered the phone very rudely and said hold on and slammed the one down. I waited five minutes on hold then she picks the phone up and slams it back down. I call back and it gets slammed down again. Is it not the point of being a restaurant to serve customers? I am not sure what's going on there, but this is unacceptable in any business. Treating us like a friend or family member that your bothered by is unbelievable. If you don't want to work there then quit simple as that. Thanks for making my mother in laws birthday memorable in a bad way.
