I was on the phone with my girlfriend when she went through the drive thru here and just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing customer service! English is her second language and the employee was very polite and professional.

Since new manager came Mr Q and Nicholas. I and my family want to eat here every night. Place clean bathrooms clean and smells good. Haven't find any dust at the place. Great service thank you

I love Zaxbys the only reason I didn't give a 5 for food is because the funnel cake didn't taste all that good. I may give it one more try but I prefer mine at the fair where you get what you pay for. But service was great and I got a military discount!

My experience here was very good. The employees are very friendly and fast. They make sure your order is complete and ready. Thanks to everyone at Zaxbys even the cooks food is very delicious.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Cheryl and Semi in the drive thru!!!! With beyond Great Customer Service. Cheryl was super pleasant & patient over the intercom then it was followed by a huge smile & greeting by Semi!!!! You don't get great customer service often with fast food.. these ladies are definitely an asset to this location.
