My pizza was ready but I was in line for 15 mins while a car in front of me waited for their pizza. Understand the limited staff issues but it seems like a more efficient wait area would be better than having customers wait for the customer in front (who may have had a later time but came early?). Just seems there is a way to move people to a waiting area vs pizza being left in a warming box. By the way, the pizza was delicious

I never received my order. Granted it would have arrived a few minutes after the store closed there was no way of contacting them. The driver called and said someone else picked up the order. I still never received it but yet it was paid for. Bad business.

No matter where I move, there is no store that delivers to me. This store is 2.4 miles away from my address on Google maps, yet they don't deliver here.
They clearly don't want your business.

I have been on hold for 30 mins now and have not received my order and it has been 5 hours!! This has been the worse experience I have ever had ordering delivery. I am lost for words.

Called in to order a pizza, took our whole order and address, then said "actually we're closed" and hung up the phone. It was around 6pm. Lol.

My pizza was never delivered. I filed a report with Corporate last night detailing my experience. It was absolutely horrible. I highly doubt I will return to any pizza hut store after last night.

My wife,me and my son came to eat. She got a three topping pizza,garlic bread and drinks. The dinning room was closed but ordered through the drive thru and parked in the parking lot,the lady who took our order at the window brought our order to our car and we really enjoyed the food. Pizza and garlic bread was hot and was very good.
