Went to this location on 11/10 at 6pm I always go to Jim’s or Jersey mikes This jimmy got its jam going on, that Italian night club hit so hard on a Friday afternoon I was instantly transported to Sicily, with them jimmy peppers It was right on time with a cold beer ( beer not sold or consumed at the Jim’s) real nice treat before dealing with the wife 10/10

I love Jimmy John's. Everything is fresh,on the expensive side. I spent $25.00 on a lg Sweet tea and a 12 inch sandwich but it didn't come with the chips. Besides that it's good. Closest I've gotten to a grand slam from Ithaca! I ordered the sandwich with all the meat on it. Last time I went, I had ordered the turkey club. It was good but only had 2 slices of actual meat on it and they never put the bacon on it. What r ya gonna do. But it was good. The guy that works the cash register in there is really nice. The girl,not so much. All in all it was ok

The sandwiches are always the best, but tbh the people that work at this store are polite, fast and fun to interact with. I order too often at this location when I have my daughters with me. I use the app and it's normally the same thing. Today I came in and Chrissy said 'Hello John' and I was shocked. But then again, great customer service at this location is the norm. Thank you and never worry about placing an order here. It will always be fresh and ready when you get there.

Was in town Fri July 15th to attend an AAU Basketball Tournament @ the North Charleston Athletic Center! Placed an order for 45 subs for the basketball team & was scheduled to pickup @ 8pm! When we arrived the manager told us that they called someone & was told that they didn't place any order for 45 subs! Apparently they put down the wrong phone number so the subs were not made! The manager Micheal Bartell who actually is manager @ the Mt Pleasant SC location apologized, told us he had limited staff but he would definitely have them ready for us in 15 min. Micheal was extremely accomodating & nice. Him & his team went out of their way to make our order in a timely manner! We were very pleased! Once we left the restaurant we weren't 5 minutes up the road & Noah Gibson who was the actual manager of that location called us to apologize for the order not being ready!
