What a Starbucks treat to have Jasmine as my barista! She re-made my drink to perfection and kept a genuine smile when asked to re-do. She said it was important that I was “a satisfied customer”. To this Regional Manager: For returning revenue, promote Jasmine and pay her to train Starbucks staff in customer satisfaction.

Yes, it's Starbucks and not your local coffee house. But as far as Starbucks go this location is on point. I visit a couple times a month and rarely have my order messed up. Also they are usually getting drinks out quick, yet friendly. I will go five minutes out of my way to choose this location over others in the Charleston area.

They are quick nice and get your order perfect. The cake pops are my favorite treat to go with my drink.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. Very good at remembering regulars, and even my sweet senior dog! Yes sometimes the drive threw is a long wait. But once you talk to an employee, they always address it and apologize. Makes waiting in line worth it that they recognize that it was a long wait. P.S. the employee EMMA is AMAZING! Anytime I see her, she’s always happy and bubblie. The definition of great customer service, and having small talk while keeping the line still moving. The only Starbucks I like to go to, even if the line is long.
