I always get great customer service when I'm here! Audrielle (Aubrielle)? was absolutely excellent! She was super nice and was nice enough to compliment me, and she was quick to tell me what was awesome on the menu. She was quick to offer samples when I was asking about flavors, and shared her own favorite too (the praline, which is like a salted caramel kindadeal)! Anyways, absolutely excellent service, good prices, and the girls deserve tips. The service was also VERY quick and she assured me even though we were talking that the ice cream would come quickly. I wasn't in a rush but I sure did appreciate the extra effort. Thank you for everything!~

ACTS OF KINDNESS! LOVE THIS PLACE!! I've been coming here since I was a kid. The owners are very nice and most of all it's the staff and the product that keep me returning. So it's my husband and I tonight. Same ritual. M&M MART Sandwiches and Baskin Robins for dessert. Decided to get my husband's co workers a sandwich too. When I get here I see one of the owners that I know and he is with another manager and a gentleman in casual nice business attire. We say hello and the man I knew says this is one of our, and I couldn't here but I think what may be an operating partner for Baskin and Robins. He says what do you like about the place after I said how much I love it. I said to him I am from Danville (45 min drive) and this is my go to dessert stop! I said one of the staff was so kind to volunteer to ice my items because they knew I live that far away! <3 WHAT SERVICE RIGHT! Then he said can I ask you a question. I said yes. He said if they were out of the oreo Item I bought would I have gotten something else. I replied yes, my husband and I always get something for one another. He said that is not what I meant what other items would you have gotten. I said I would have gotten one of his other many favorites. Which i mentioned. He thanked me and I didn't here what he said again because I went to pay for the items and they said no he is taking care of it for you today!! SO NICE!! I told them I will definitely be posting about this and sharing with others. Thanked them all and thought he was getting in his car to get his business card but he was getting the card to take care of my items. :) I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! I love my clients and treat them the same way. We will of course be back with more family and friends!! Thanks to the entire team and Love Basking Robins!! Go to one in every state I am visiting too. Tennessee is another favs.

The prices are cheap. Less than $10 a person can get a sundae, cone, banana split, etc. They also sell ice cream cakes. The staff was friendly. The location isn't the best and the inside seating is very minimal. Not a lot of places to sit is the reason for the 4 stars. Once we sat down, some other people immediately got up and left since we had to sit so close. They do have outdoor seating, but we didn't want to sit outside in the winter.

I love this location. I don't know what their hiring process is but they consistently have the kindest, most customer service oriented people working. Today Amber spent several minutes with me on the phone, going well above and beyond her call of duty, to help me place an order for the cake I needed for my daughter's birthday. I wasn't too keen on the Frozen 2 design offered online (too plain) and told her as much, but I had to have a Frozen 2 cake because for whatever reason my daughter is obsessed. I specifically chose Baskin Robbins and this location because they have done such a fantastic job with her cakes before. Amber went through several design options with me, even going so far as to text me pictures of some of their photo designs and offering to go through the ice cream flavor list with me. She was AMAZING and helped me breathe a deep sigh of relief knowing that at least this one aspect of the party is going to be top notch. (Have you had their ice cream cakes??? So good.) I can't say it enough, I love this location, I love their staff, and THANK YOU *ESPECIALLY* to Amber for all of your help (without even once making me feel like a burden or a hassle)!!

I hope everyone has the chance to encounter Lawson at this location. Such a sunny soulshine kind of person! He made our simple trip to a simple ice cream shop feel like an actual experience, and one we were happy to enjoy. Ashlyn (probably butchering the spelling) helped us last time and she's also a happy, joyful person. Quick and efficient. Have never had a bad experience at this location. Actually GETTING to this location is pretty horrific, but nothing can be done about that. Just be aware. I also ordered my daughter's unicorn ice cream cake from this location, and on short notice, and whoever created that masterpiece knocked it out of the park! Everyone at the party complimented how beautiful AND delicious it was. But it was our wonderful experience with Lawson who made me take the time to write a review. He put a smile on our faces and an extra pep in our step.
