Ice Bing Cafe

This cafe just happened to be next door to our Airbnb, and thank God it was. I loved it, so good! They have a wide variety of tea, and a few coffee options, you can get dessert options, and they have ramen too. I went two days in a row and got the black tea and the matcha coffee drink, with boba. Oh my gosh, the best tapioca balls I have ever had. They make them in house and it is amazing. I will probably go back tomorrow. The service is wonderful, the cafe is cute and comfortable, and it is amazing. Please go.

We visited Ice Bing with a group of ten. I must say all the beverages and desserts we had (& shared) were exquisitely delicious works of art. However, the most delicious treats we shared were the kind and friendly interactions with owners and staff. They make you feel like you are part of there family.

We got the ice bing special and it was good. We loved all the fruit and ice cream that was on top. The bottom was soft ice drizzled and soaked with tea. It was ok...but be nice to have real shaved ice cream and not just ice. Overall it was good. My husband got a milk tea that had a really thick cream on top..that was super delicious. Customer service was great. No complaints. I would suggest checking this place out. It's cute inside.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! So many delicious choices for boba-style, Asian influenced teas and drinks. They also have various sushi and food choices, along with sweet shaved ice desserts. The staff is simply outstanding - super friendly and hospitable. They take the time to navigate you through their extensive drink menu which can be overwhelming after first due to its shear size and options.

I visit Charleston once a month and every time I'm here I always try to find new and interesting desert places to visit. My boyfriend and my daughter has gotten me all hooked on Asian desserts and I when I found Ice Bing Cafe on the last day of my trip last month I just knew we had to go back. Today was our second trip there and everything tasted just as delicious as our first visit. Given the fact that I'm still recovering from surgery, I especially loved the comfy seating area they have in the back room. It was much appreciated for my back. They were a bit busy during our visit today and surprised us with a free size upgrade on my boyfriend's tea to apologize for the wait. Awesome customer service and great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again to try out their many menu options.

Authentic little tea, coffee, and ice cream cafe straight from Japan. (I just got back from a week there.) Owned and run by a Japanese family, they make sure everything is exactly as you like it. My milk tea was so yummy, and the sushi was hand rolled top quality considering it was premade. The ice bing was just wow.
