Such a great restaurant. Great food, atmosphere and service. We absolutely love the potato soup and Louisiana sirloin. We are so happy when we have to travel to MUSC for a doctor appt so we can come here from Murrells Inlet.

There was 9 of us there for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was good and the waitress was attentive to our group.

Great food. Our waitress, Destiny, was absolutely amazing! She was definitely great with helping explain the menu and drinks to me and my bestfriend. Lol. She was very outgoing and just good vibes all around!

I'm originally from the Northeast, we don't have O'Charleys where I am from. It reminds me a bit of Chili's. The food was good. Better than I thought it would be. The service was great though, and that's always a good sign.

I was at the OCharley's in West Ashley. The food is always good. But I must brag on Avery our waiter .He couldn't be more accommodating. Always checked on us and he actually was responsible for our salad!! Wow ! It was great. Do stop by, it's worth it!!!

UPDATE: After speaking with management about my lackluster first order, I'm trying their Patty O'Melt again and WOW! Big difference! This is how a patty melt should be made always! It even looks like the picture advertised. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the first one but here's the latest. The manager said she's really trying to step up the game at this location and this new patty melt shows. Thank you O'Charley's Team!
ORIGINAL: Just went for their new patty melt and it was just okay. The Texas toast is a nice touch for a patty melt but the onions weren't that nice golden brown when you properly sautée onions. The dinner roll was terrible. It still had the mildly sweet flavor I like from their dinner rolls but it was stale. O'Charleys has the potential to be so much better but something is really holding it back.

Consistently provides great food and great service. We usually visit for lunchtime. Our waiter Lauren was awesome as well as the management team. They checked in on us to see how our experience was while dining. Just awesome service all around.

The food quality is consistent on various items and after many visits, as a local. Like most places today the existing staff is occasionally overwhelmed but always polite and professional. Prices are reasonable over the good Menu selection. They are always clean and window views of exterior are pleasant over the week manicured lawn.
