Sabatino's Pizza

You get a special place in my heart if you are a pizzeria and you get a special place in my heart if you cater to college students. Tick and tick for Sabatinos. The building is tiny and might have seating for a total of 6 people at a time inside and the same outside. There are 5-6 pies ready for slice orders and a massive menu with loads of customization. This place has great lunch specials which are advertised everywhere and provide you with a massive meal for around 10 dollars. The flavor is delicious, and the crust is a true New York thin. It's phenomenal. I might go as far to say that this is my favorite by the slice pizza in the world. Loved it!

Pizza was really good. They accidentally gave us an extra sausage pizza instead of extra sauce. She happily made us another pizza and gave us a bigger pizza at no extra charge. Staff was friendly. Pizza had a great flavor and crispy crust. If we return to Charleston we would definitely come back.

Going to start by saying I did not eat my pizza right out of the oven, so my review is based off of grabbing a couple slices to go and bringing it back to the hotel. After doing some research, I found this restaurant and was very interested in trying the pizza after reading reviews. I'm originally from NY, so really enjoy some "NY pizza" since I don't live in NY anymore. Slices were big, pizza crust was thin, great flavor! My only thing was the dough was a little rubbery. Would I go back again?..yes! It did taste really good and service was great.

Overall an excellent experience...only a short wait in line in the small dining room...then only a short wait for my order to be ready. I thought I would have to eat at the park, but an outside table was open when I was leaving. The pizza was really good, I had two slices, which are large, one pepperoni, one sausage.

What a hole in the wall!! BUT they make the best places ever and this one is no exception!!! This was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in and it is definitely New York style! This is a very small place have a very small space to work but they work together like a well-oiled machine! I highly advise you to order ahead because they are busy! We ate in but there are only three tables to sit at. We were lucky to get one.
