The shecrab soup was great. One special burger, oyster po-boy and a meat loaf sandwich made for a full family! The location is small, but the decor and kitchen was exquisite. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about delicious food.
WOW! Great food and great prices. The Steak Frites was extremely flavorful and the fries were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The waitstaff was very attentive and freindly never letting drinks get below half empty. I will definitely return of the opportunity arises.
If there was a "love" voting button I would have clicked it. They are only open for lunch and seating is limited so people call ahead. We didn't but we were seated immediately. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I got the she crab soup which I have never had. It was delicious! I also got the fried green tomatoes. I have had better but these were good. For my main course I got the oyster poboy. Fresh and delicious!! What a pleasant dining experience. If I lived in charleston this would be a favorite.
Can't Say Enough. We decided to try this place on a whim and it was more than worth it! I had the BLT which had a pattie of pimento cheese on it and it was phenomenal. My husband had the cobb salad and it was the best salad he has ever had. All of it was so flavorful.
Really tasty lunch!. Got there for a late lunch and had she-crab soup which was full of chunks of crab meat and an oyster po-boy with what they call a duet of fries (sweet and regular potato.) Fries were perfectly cooked as were the nicely coated oysters. Everything tasted great and the service was excellent. Only complaint, which is very minor, is that I would have liked to have had a different style of roll for the po-boy as the way it was served you basically had to eat it like an open face sandwich. It will definitely not stop me from going back!
Fabulous place. Just had the best fish tacos EVER...and I consider myself to be a fish taco connoisseur! We met with my husband's boss there and he was equally impressed with the chicken salad sandwich.
The decor of the place is also exquisite...nothing like what you would expect in a strip mall. Great art, furnishings, color....
All in all a lovely experience. We will definitely make this a regular spot!

Amazing flavors. This place is fantastic. All kinds of traditional/non traditional favorites all wrapped in one place. The atmosphere is family style. I have had so many wonderful things here, I can't just pick one.

Everything on the menu is interesting and refreshing. Our table LOVED each dish we ordered and positively coveted the food going to other tables.
I had a potato, asparagus, fried egg pizza with a fabulous strawberry goat cheese salad. The chicken salad was amazing. I am torn between trying one of the burgers or the Southern Fried Chicken Salad on my next visit. One of the daily specials may get me...like the pizza did!
I ate downtown at three different restaurants during Spoleto events last week...NONE of the three were as flavorful, fresh and interesting as Fork. Put me down as a Fork Fan, and expect me often!
What a Restaurant. The food is truly the best. Wendell's creative pros gives one the sense of being somewhere else enjoying lunch with friends. The whole staff are just terrific! I look forward to returning next week.
I've had lunch here three times and the food is always great. It's a fantastic presentation, along with great quantity and high-quality food. Even their small dine-in area is cozy and cute. Crab cakes benedict, meatloaf sandwich, and sweet potato fries...delicious! They also offer a community table for large groups. 5 stars for sure!
Today I went to Fork for lunch. I ordered oysters and green fried tomatoes. The food was out of this world. The taste were delicate yet distinct. The coating on both the oysters and tomato were fine and crispy. This has been the best southern eating experience I have had all the southeast. Fork thank you for the treat I will be back soon. We used Fork for our wedding this past Sep and absolutely loved them!!! Wendall and Margaret are fabulous. They are so creative with their menus, and work with you to come up with a menu that suites your style. We had so many of our guests comment on how awesome the food was. I highly recommend using Fork!!
We love having lunch here at Fork. We talked about stopping in forever, and when we finally did we regretted not going sooner! Small and quaint. Only open for lunch. Service is great, owners are wonderful people who love to talk with their customers and make them feel comfortable. Food is so delicious!
I had the most amazing pork chop meal today!! I have loved every single thing I have tried at Fork, but I couldn't get enough of my lunch today!! If they hadn't sold out, I was going to buy another plate for dinner!!!
The only problem I have is deciding what to order! The fish tacos are delicious as is the sandwich with turkey and cranberry relish. A great place to have lunch.
The she crab soup is a must, and the meatloaf sandwich is one of my go-to's. I've never had anything I didn't like here!
One of my favorite places fro lunch. I wish they were open for dinner. We use their catering services for all of our events.
