Service and selection were great. I had the Irish cream ice cream with brownie chunks. Definitely recommend!
The ice cream was delicious, but my experience was one of a kind. I mistakenly left my wallet (full of cash and credit card) beside me on the bench where we had enjoyed our ice cream. I didn't realize it was missing until packing up to leave Charleston the next morning. I can't describe my relief
Their milkshakes and sundaes are amazing. Some of the best I've ever had. It is quite expensive, but since it's basically like "designer" ice cream it is easily justified if you're looking for something great.
The person behind the counter provided great customer service. He greated us once inside, and got our orders quickly.
The facilities were clean. No public bathrooms. Service could have been faster.
