Uncork Charleston

Our 3rd time here, my boyfriend and I always make it a point to go to Uncork while in CHS visiting family. Since our first visit 2 years ago, everything has remained exceptional. The food is always so good, with a few new seasonal items to try each time. I love the wine wall so I can taste a bunch of reds and my boyfriend enjoys the cocktail menu. My dad (a local) spends a lot of time there, and he loves the wine and always raves about the food. It will always be a “must stop” for us while we are in SC and downtown!

While I didn't have the chance to indulge in their food offerings, their beer selection caters to varied tastes. My friends and I had SUCH a great experience here last night before dinner! Brittany Opperman was singing live music with her guitar and her voice was angelic and perfect vibe for the space! Our server Alex was so sweet and accommodating and many of the cocktails could be recreated as mocktails. We didn't try the food since we popped in before our dinner reservations but the menu looked incredible. The hostess, I unfortunately can't remember her name, was so nice and welcoming and explained how the pour your own wine card worked. 10/10 recommend!

Had a great conversation with the manager while seated at the bar. Food was delicious and the wine selections were nice. Being a beer drinker, they had choices there too. Full bar available if you'd prefer a cocktail as well. No reason to not go there. Dacota was playing Sunday night and his spin on songs were great.

Great food and drinks, as well as a pleasant atmosphere. I was searching for a place with live music to suit our 6 year old daughter and the girl playing that evening didn’t disappoint! Our kids tried their first Shirley Temple drinks - nonalcoholic of course - and now that’s all they want to ask for anywhere.

This was our first time visiting Uncork. Took my wife here for her birthday. They surprised her with a card and complimentary glass of champagne. The vibe was very nice and the self-serve wine bar concept was different in a good way. We had the meatballs and stuffed mushrooms which were both excellent. The wait staff and manager were very nice and attentive. Would definitely be back and highly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant for delicious tapas and great wines. Service was outstanding. Thank you Katrina for helping to select a beautiful Cab and Theresa for help with ordering food. Sarah was also a pleasure to talk to. You've got a great staff Joseph. Thank you for a wonderful experience while visiting Charleston!
