Without a doubt, the busiest pizza restaurant on James Island, for a reason. I've never had their sandwiches but they sound delicious. Their salads are fresh and nice sized.

Been ordering from here for 3+ years and this is a long overdo review. Placed an order for delivery and was told 2 hour wait time, food arrived hot within the next hour with a super friendly driver. By far my favorite wings out of anywhere else on James island and will continue to order from here!

i was sitting here enjoying some left over pizza from last night and said to my wife "we are so lucky to have Paisanos right down the street because all of their food is awesome and i love their ice".
anyhow, just thought they deserved a shout out because the food is always so good and thats. not common these days. keep it up you awesome folks!

I’m staying on James island and didn’t feel like going to downtown Charleston for dinner. Google did not let me down with this place! Being from the north east this place reminds me of my home town pizza place in Vermont. I got the Hawaiian pizza with added bacon and the mozzarella sticks. The marinara sauce is some of the best I’ve had and they are not shy on adding cheese or toppings to the pizza! 10/10 would recommend.

Paisanos has always been one of my favorites places to eat. All of their food is always amazing. I recently had an encounter with Nick that was business related and he came in about lunch time and brought pizza for everyone. That was very thoughtful for him to do that and completely unexpected!!! Way to go Nick for going above and beyond!!! We cannot thank you enough for the lunch!!!

YUM!! The garlic rolls are crazy good and perfectly doughy, and there are one billion specialty pizzas to choose from as well. I got the St. Nicks Pizza, and it was great! I’m not a fan of pizza sauce and they had tons of options with different sauces. Ranch on pizza is surprisingly good if you’ve never tried it.
