It's tiny and there's hardly any place to sit but there's a line to get in. That's always a good sign. Despite the rush, the staff was friendly and efficient. It takes skill to make conversation while handling the crowd with no mistakes. The biscuits were great and the jalapeno pimento cheese is delicious.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the Hot honey biscuit. Amazingly delicious. Staff was super friendly. Definitely the best biscuits around! Unfortunately shop was a little small and there was no room to eat there but absolutely worth standing outside to eat them!

We stopped in during a one day visit to downtown Charleston area and WOW. We will always make a visit when we are in the area! The Gluten Free Buttermilk biscuits are honestly the best biscuits I’ve ever had!!!! The perfect bake and buttery creamy salty flavor. We had some with jams and some of their biscuit sandwiches- all delicious. Our favorite was their BLT. We picked up some of their biscuit mix on the way out and made some for our friends too. The service was wonderful at this location- Ian was great to talk to while waiting for our order and Angela went above and beyond to make our visit the best it could be. It’s crazy how such a little place can bring us so much joy!!! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I'm always blown away at whomever designed this space. Only in New Orleans have I seen so much awesomeness cramed into a hallway. We get thier biscuits from the grocery store all the time to make biscuits and gravy at home. They are indeed the most expensive but they're also the best so it is what it is. I tried the biscuits and gravy here before though and ended up with a hard biscuit but when made at home they were the best. The sausage egg and pimento cheese sandwhich is the way to go. Everyone on staff was friendly and smiling despite the long continuous line. 2 things to note that I've seen in other reviews. Yes, there is a line and you will have to wait. If you are opposed to waiting and going to write a bad review because of it just go somewhere else no one is forcing you to stay in line. 2 this place is maybe 8 feet wide and has no seating so if you're looking to sit down and eat breakfast this isn't the place for you. However Marion park is a block away so just walk over and enjoy a quick bite in the park on a nice day.

Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or brunch and take it with you.
I love all the Hot Little Biscuit flavors as a mixed order to share with a few friends on a trip downtown. Favorites are the blackberry, cinnamon, and shortcake.
Their shop is very small and tight for the line of people who are usually found trailing out the door on a weekend morning. There is a counter on the side for eating biscuits, but it's very cramped and chaotic to eat with a crowd of people standing so close.

Came here at the perfect time around 10am on a Saturday morning, and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes to order and about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. While I was waiting outside for my order, the line got so long that it was announced it was about 1.5 hours long wait. So get here early!!!!! There are literally like 2 or 3 seats inside, so seating is very limited. I took my food and walked to a nearby park close to my hotel to enjoy my breakfast. This sandwich was very filling and was very tasty. They do have gf options and are made to order so expect at least a 20 to 30 minute wait.

We tried the plain, cheddar and chive, and blackberry biscuit and all were moist and delicate and delicious as you would expect! I don’t think we ended up with any blackberry it might have been a honey one instead but it was my favorite nonetheless.

Our guesthouse that we stayed at provided breakfast from Callie's and they were absolutely AMAZING! My husband had a few different cheesy varieties and I had the cinnamon with cream cheese frosting each time. I think I could eat those things every day for the rest of my life.

Insanely good biscuits. Sausage, egg and pimento cheese on a biscuit is delicious (and messy!). It’s a small shop with just a small counter and no seating but worth it, even if there is a line. Staff is super friendly.
