This is our second visit. It's really one of the best places in Charleston. We've recommended it to all of our friends. Our service was phenomenal and the food was delicious.

Had a lovely dinner, tried the lump crab bruschetta and fresh oysters. Very good, also had the she crab soup and trigger fish which was excellent! Very unique building with a lot of history.

This was our last stop before leaving Charleston. It sits on the river, which has a beautiful view of the fishing dock. The experience was great. The food was awesome. My wife and I had the whole fried flounder with green beans and Charleston red rice as well as cheesy grits. For dessert, we both had the white chocolate bread pudding, so delicious. We watched people on the pier fish while we ate, got to smell the saltwater, and watched the tide go out. I also had a dozen locally caught oysters on the half shell fresh from the waters as an appetizer. My wife had fried green tomatoes, and she doesn't like oysters. But I ate all 12, and they were great.

My starters were gumbo soup and a 'she crab' cake. My girlfriend and I entree was grilled swordfish with a glazed honey sauce, sides of collard greens and green beans. My desert was White Chocolate bread pudding and hers crème brûlée. Every course of our meal was a CULINARY DELIGHT!

Service and all the food were great. They even got us right in with a party of 6. Seafood is the best we had in Charleston. You can not beat the atmosphere on the water. Our new favorite!

Love eating here with such a great view of the harbor. When we got there they told us it be a 30 minute wait. Glad we stayed as it only took 15 minutes to get a nice table outside. The waiter was very good at explaining certain items on the menu and was very attentive if we needed anything. He recommended the deserts so we took advantage since we still had room for more food. I've been here 3 times and always bring out of town guests here. Can't beat it. The food has been so good every time.

1st our wait staff, Abby was phenomenal! Talk about top notch all about you service. She totally understood the assignment. Just Abby's service & attentiveness alone would have me returning. The appetizers (stuffed hush puppies, crab bruschetta & fried green tomatoes) and food (blackened mahi mahi, blackened grouper, & crab cakes were super tasty. The 2 fish, mashed potatoes, green beans were definitely re-order items.

Food was good and service was great. The fried green tomatoes were great, the rest of our meals were a solid 4 stars. Reservations are highly recommended, even on week nights, or you could be looking at a 50+ wait

Charleston boasts a plethora of delightful eateries, but this one truly shines with its exquisite food and amiable staff. The dishes are freshly prepared and perfectly balanced. With an extensive menu and an impressive beer selection, their bar doesn't limit you to just beers and wines. The seafood at Fleet Landing is simply unparalleled. A tip for first-timers: be mindful of their generous servings. If Charleston were my home, this spot would undoubtedly be my frequent go-to.
