The chicken sandwich is awesome. They give a very generous portion of chicken and it is tasty and not too greasy or salty. The fries are very tasty, bit can be a bit greasy at times My one holdup is the peach coleslaw. On numerous occasions it was tasteless. I'm not a fan of peach, but just on general it was not tasty.

I placed an online order tonight. Fries were the best I've had in the area. Crispy, clean tasting oil, not greasy, salted well, and hot. I also got 2 double smash burgers for my wife and I. The burger was substantially larger than I thought and the quality was VERY good for the price. Easily would've paid more. The customer service was on point also as I was greated immediately, and thanked twice when leaving by the guy working the front. I'd highly recommend. It's a staple of West Ashley and the best burger in town.

Cute little place, great service, excellent food! Pretty fast in and out. I usually pick up and sometimes my estimated times are longer than the actual time it takes to get food! People are always friendly and the last few times I've been there, there's been a nice woman with braids and a great attitude! Would absolutely come back time and time again, best chicken place in Charleston 👌 if you're new try the chicken not so waffle, delicious with the bacon jam!

Boxcar Betty is on track. When your hunger is like a frieght train, out of control, heading downhill, without brakes . . . Here's some friendly advice. Go to Boxcar Betty, grab a sandwich, and enjoy the ride. First time out, I had the Buffalo Style Chicken sandwich, and it was fantastic. However, everything looks inviting.

Good food for the price. The portion sizes were okay. Chicken breading has a little kick to it so beware. This location had a small parking lot, not a lot of seating. The ac was in but did not cool the back seating area. We got here after lunch rush so needed some love in the dining room area. Busy time we left it was all straightened up. Great option if you need a chicken fix.

The new best chicken sandwich ever! We got a boxcar and a buffalo and split them. I liked the boxcar better, my husband liked the buffalo better (which is backwards for us). We also got an order of the fried green tomatoes and these are also the best I've ever had! They taste almost more like a pickle since they are pickled tomatoes! We also got a couple macaroons, the red velvet and the s'mores, clearly the Red Velvet was the winner here. Parking can be a challenge, not they do have it.
