Don't waste your time. The people here won't take your order (even when you have a special order request like we have, due to allergies); they refer you to the kiosk even when there's no one in line and no one in the restaurant.
I spoke to two people about our allergy request and they kept refusing to put the cheese in a separate bowl.
Appreciative that they did end up fixing the order as requested, but not without much explaining on my part and griping on their part.

Attempted to eat here. Two employees were leaning against the cutting board playing on their phones. I asked if there was someone working that could take my order. Both looked up and pointed at the digital kiosk. Promptly left.

I bought dinner for my daughter and I this evening. She had the Chicken Quesadilla. I had the three taco meal. My daughters food and mine was not good. My daughters Sierra Mist was flat and my sweet tea tasted like water. I spent my hard earned money and the food was horrible. To make matters worse, I had hair in one of my tacos. I don’t think we will be buying food from this establishment anymore.

Food was great. There was absolutely NO customer service. It only allowed you to order on the Kiosk and the ONLY time someone talked to me was just to call my name when meal was ready. There was also construction going on and there were buckets in the lobby because of a leaking ceiling.

I was very disappointed that the dining room was still not open. I also requested no sour cream on my items but I guess they forgot. Of course I did not realize that until after we had already driven away. Had we had dining room service I would have been able to go back up to the counter and request that it be fixed.

Angela and the manager Martha were extremely rude. They refused to give me a receipt and Angela threatened to punch me. She claimed that I am lucky she “don’t come through this window right now”. All because I wanted my burrito grilled.

I’m in customer service I would not have any customers if I acted like that crew did absolutely terrible but i understand it’s hard to find help these days

Horrible and there so rude it's not funny. The rainbow store had to block the sharing opening because they couldn't even take it anymore its sad taco bell let's this happen in such a nice town like chapin
