Went here on a week night for a nice sit-down dinner with a friend. The staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were refilled often and empty dishes were cleared away promptly. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant when we were there, so I was able to talk to Chef Taylor directly about my food allergies (dairy & gluten). He was able to adapt the snapper dish to suit my dietary restrictions and it was delicious! The other two in my party had no such restrictions and both decided on the scampi for a main dish. Both said theirs were excellent too. They also ordered the calamari as an app and the doughnut as a dessert and were impressed. Overall, I would highly recommend Pazzo, if you are looking for an upscale Italian meal.

Decent place. One of the servers was having serious allergies sneezing a lot and whatnot though they still made her work outside. Food was alright but pricey. We had dinner in the restaurant not the pizzeria. The pizza slices were a good size and there was a variety though. Maybe next time we'll try there. Dinner we ordered a pork chop that came with apple chutney, mashed sweet potatoes, and sauteed spinach. The pork was unseasoned. The sweet potato flavor while good, just did not go with the rest the plate. Spinach was A+ though. We also ordered the bolognese. The pasta was overdone and the sauce was bland. It also wasn't very "saucy" if that makes any sense. Needed more tomatoes or something.

I love that they try to use local ingredients when possible. The pizza is always delicious. The restaurant has fresh pasta that always impresses. Everyone is very friendly. I had my graduation party here at the last minute because we had issues with our reservations. They scrambled to seat our large party. The chef even made a bland chicken dish for my sick Grandmother. I love both the pizzeria and restaurant. I have been going here for seven years and keep going back.

My family went to Pazzo's yesterday and ordered pizza's and garlic knots and they were AMAZING!! The pizza dough is delicious, the sauce is yummy and the cheese was fantastic! (Along with all of the extra toppings! We also grabbed an additional slice of buffalo chicken pizza and it was excellent!). All of the staff, including the pizza maker, were friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying their food! It'll be worth it!

Pazzo is my favorite Italian restaurant in the Triangle! The pizza is great, we stop here all the the time to grab a slice. The dine in menu is excellent as well, lots of locally sourced and seasonal specials on the menu. I highly recommend the penne pasta with vodka sauce - it is my absolute favorite. And definitely get the soft shell crab when it's on the menu, it is delicious. Great staff, great food, really convenient location with lots of parking and outdoor seating available.

Pizza was ok. The pizza crust and garlic knots were over cooked. My issue was the tattooed guy behind the counter did not smile or greet us... at all. He was wearing ear pods and asked us to repeat our order twice. If your not selling great pizza at least make it up with customer service.

Pazzo is a great, classic pizza parlor in Southern Village. While I've only been there for lunch, the pizza is always hot, the staff is always friendly and I always leave happy. Their lunch offerings could use some more variety, but I imagine the dinner menu is quite diverse. Certainly worth a try!

Pretty bad. The waiter was extremely rude. Apparently he was even the manager. First he was rude when reciting the beers on tap. Almost rolled his eyes when I asked him to repeat the list. Then despite our gang of hungry kids and elderly parents, he told us we couldn't order pizza from the dining area. Several times we tried to negotiate this and explained we were going to be spending money here but he persisted in rudely disallowing it. The last time he said no, after seeing if we were ready to order, he just walked away when we said yes we're ready to order. He was too busy and too important for us, and we were infuriated. We walked out, my brother explaining to him what a bad piece of business he had just conducted, and we're never going back!
