We have been ordering regularly from our favorite Chapel Hill restaurants as often as we can in the hopes that we help them get through the pandemic. Ordered the Orange Tofu for the first time tonight and I am in heaven! I know I will begetting this again. Thank you Hunam staff!!

I have been going to Hunam for probably... five years now? Anyway, it’s just the perfect Chinese go-to restaurant because the food is tasty, service is quick, and prices are very reasonable.

I ordered beef stew hot pot for the first time tonight. 75% of the dish was fat/other inedible pieces. Maybe 10% beef with 5% vegetables and the rest sauces. The curried vegetables had little flavor.

Best chicken fried rice in a long time DELICIOUS perfectly seasoned cooked by a Chinese chef. I will definitely recommend this restaurant. Great ambiance clean great staff. Laoson the owner was great.

Ordered thru Takeout Central and specifically requested a dish not include onions. Guess what? Loaded with onions. The lemon sauce for the lemon chicken had no flavor at all. If tonight's failure was a first I wouldn't leave this kind of review, but it happens far too often. We won't be ordering from Hunam again.

Don’t mind the other reviews; most low reviews are for take out and inauthentic food.
I recommend dining in and ordering authentic food. Great service, good food, good price, close to campus and the highway.

This place use to be AMAZING, but the past several times I’ve been there the food was just bad. Nothing was fresh. The chicken was soggy and the rice was hard. Everything seemed to be at least a day old.
