La Vita Dolce Llc

La Vita Dolce is a huge part of the culture here in Southern Village. They have exceptional customer service and are very quick. The food menu offerings are delicious and have lots of variety. They also offer gluten free and dairy free options as this is something that is difficult to find. There is nothing better than sitting outside on their patio area drinking a delicious coffee and treat while enjoying the village scenery. It is a comfort that you can’t find anywhere else. Update review 2021: still a favorite for an early morning coffee stop or midday iced tea /gelato fix. All through crazy 2020 they managed to stay open & adapt to the situation. It’s still a great place to meet up with friends for a chat. Their breakfast sandwiches and espresso drinks are delicious. Original 2019: It’s our neighborhood favorite for an amazing Chai or gelato. Great place to sit by yourself or meet up with friends wine down Wednesday’s. Staff is on the ball and attentive. Cozy spot on a sunny or rainy day.

An after work event was held here, and we were using cafe tables to sip some wine al fresco, socialize, and have charcuterie. It was a beautiful (wine down) Wednesday evening, and a jazz ensemble played on the front entrance/sidewalk next door. I didn't sample any of La Vita Dolce's fare so giving it 4 star mostly for the great outdoor experience.

Love it love it love it. Excellent coffee, so good I ordered it twice! Surprisingly delicious chocolate cookies (somewhere between a brownie and a cookie) that went perfectly with their coffee. The two ladies that were there (Saturday afternoon) were very sweet, friendly, and offered suggestions and made sure you ordered what you really wanted. They were awesome. Space is a little cramped when it's raining, since the extra seating is outside, but apart from that the place is exactly what I was looking for. It was clean, coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly comfortable and very inviting. I can't wait to go back.
