In the spirit of Halloween my tastebuds went to YoPo’s to try the Kings Combo. This has 1 lamb, 1 beef and 1 chicken kabob that are served over a large bed of rice with a piece of naan, side salad and warm potatoes. There was something smokey, juicy and by all means palatable elements in this dish. The appetizing items together are packed with individual flavor that are meant to be savored with the magical sauces to help bring out the undertone of citrus notes in every single bite. Something to be tried with a large appetite as I finished it in one sitting which is a rare occasion for me. Can’t believe this is located inside a gas station! Have to go back for more of the gastronomy experience.

YoPo is a family favorite - even our extended family in Fairfax. Everything from the brisket poutine, to the Tacos, to the kabobs, to the chickpeas. Yusuf got it right with YoPo. The south riding/Aldie community is very grateful for it! We had two separate events catered by YoPo and every guest asked me where we got the food because they loved it so much. The vegetarians were ecstatic with the falafel tacos 🌮. (Must try!)

Beef gyro was great, their seasoning and sauce has great taste. Meat was also plentiful. Portion size was small for the price. Fries were also stale which is surprising since I had to wait 15 minutes for food and they were busy.

I visited the store today for the first time the service was exceptional. The quality of the food was beyond my expectation and the price was under $10 for a gyro and tasty fries. The gentleman taking my order took time to note this was my first visit and gave me samples of every dipping sauce so I could choose the one I liked on my future visits. An unknown hideaway inside a BP service station, who would have thought? What a delightful surprise.

The food is pretty great, and my whole family loves it! Great for a quick or casual bite with lots of flavor and outside the typical fast food fashion. We've enjoyed all the assorted kabobs, and really enjoy the side of potatoes as well. But the favorite has to be the lamb gyro! Be sure to try the sauces on the side if you aren't sure which you like (but they are all good imo).

Really outstanding food and customer service. I wish we discovered YoPo's earlier. The owner was extremely friendly. I loved my Lamb Kabob, kids enjoyed their Cheesesteak and Quesadilla. Everything looked very appetizing and was delicious as well.

I have had YoPo twice now. First time I picked up, it was Tuesday so we had their delicious tacos and steak and cheese poutine. The second time I ordered it was for a last minute catering order for kabobs and of course some poutine. The manager was super helpful and the food was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it. I love shopping and supporting small businesses and this is one I will continue to support. Family ran and great food!!
