This restaurant has it figured out. It is busy, but the way they take your order in the drive thru gives you that extra confidence they got it right. This combined with the quality of the food and ingredients makes it well worth the slightly longer wait. I'm a regular.
I don't eat fast food often. My experience at the Chan. Chick-fil-a was very pleasant. Tuesday evening two young gentlemen were very polite. Food was outstanding.

Great food and great employees. Why I've waited this long to try them is beyond me. Everything is fresh and taste is on par. Employees are very courteous and attentive to detail other restaurants should take note and follow suit. The little note written on the bag really brought a smile to our face
